The programme offers 15 hours of English lessons per week, delivered in small classes with an average size of 18 students to ensure individual attention and active participation. Students stay with carefully selected local host families who are qualified and welcoming, chosen according to Canadian government guidelines to ensure a safe and supportive environment. Full board is provided, with breakfast and dinner served by the host family every day. The first meal is dinner on the day of arrival, and the last meal is a packed lunch on the day of departure. Special dietary requirements, such as vegetarian or other preferences, can be accommodated upon request, subject to prior notification during the booking process.

Students participate in on-site activities at the school, including social events and team competitions, as well as excursions to explore the city. The standard two-week programme includes ten half-day excursions to iconic attractions such as Stanley Park, Granville Island, and FlyOver Canada. Full-day excursions are offered on weekends, including a trip to the world-famous resort of Whistler. Walking tours, visits to museums, outdoor activities, and shopping trips provide additional opportunities for cultural immersion, adventure, and fun.
