One one of the worst halls I went too. Disrespectful people, very bad infrastructures (I got my sink broken three times in 5 months), toilet papers not put into the trash, filthy showers and messy kitchens, and almost nobody to guide you or to help you. I absolutely not recommend this place for the students. And there are also many brainless people that don't care about you (it means you can be wake up at 4:00 am by noisy drunk people). N.B: I also saw a rat going into my room... So please run away from this place. The only benefits are that you're close to the campus, the staff is great and helpful (on the contrary of the students) and also the refectory serves good food. But that's all for the positive aspects...

Really convenient if you are UCL student as it is a 5 minute walk to the main quad. The Ramsay team was great when I asked to swap rooms, the manager Saiful was really helpful and quickly responded after I put in the room swap request. The rooms are bigger than I expected. I actually like staying here.

A university student accommodation which turns into a hostel every summer. Lived there for two years as a student and it has been overall a satisfactory experience. For students: Great location and very close to uni campus. Very sociable environment which is good for first year students to meet people. Rooms are decently sound-proof and communal facilities are cleaned every weekday. Some fellow residents were irresponsible in keeping shared areas such as kitchen and bathroom clean but the cleaning staff were pretty responsible. Reception was keen on helping residents in many aspects, which is far better than those in private student accommodations. For tourists: Great location, very close to Oxford Street with multiple tube stations nearby. Don’t expect high-standard room facilities and boutique service but should be a good choice for budget travelling.

Stayed here as a student. Really helpful reception staff. Nice rooms. Amazing location in terms of proximity to the university. Obviously there are the quirks of student living but overall a nice place.

Great experience at Ramsay Hall this year! I lived here on my year abroad and the staff was the most welcoming team I've met ever! Shout-out to Saiful and Michal who greatly helped us solve big co-living issues, putting their whole hearts into making living at Ramsay the best experience for everyone. Although it is an old building with what comes with it, the team really made the biggest difference. The dining hall is really convenient and the food is good, again shout-out to the AMAZING staff that made early mornings easier with their big smiles and fun music! Clean and full of light, and most importantly, Coldplay started in our music room (yes). A great year!
