About the Course
The academic programme focuses on communication and building confidence. Students receive 20 lessons (45 minutes each) per week in classes with approximately 17 students. The curriculum is delivered by qualified teachers and emphasizes practical language skills. On arrival, students take a placement test to ensure they are in the right level, and continuous monitoring allows for adjustments if needed. The focus is on using English in real-life situations.

Staff is lovely and helpful. The rooms are atrocious. I moved in 3 days ago and on the first day i took pictures of the bathroom ceiling covered in black mould. Bedroom has dead bugs on the walls and in the closet and on the inside surface of the windows. The bedroom ceiling is covered in brown dirt and the corners of the floor in the bedroom are stuffed with dirt. This is not just an issue of dirtiness- this is a completely unhygienic and unsafe place to live in for any amount of time. Although upkeep of the rooms rely on the residents- this is a brand new room i just moved into. This is not the first time i have stayed here. I have been staying here for years. Yet still to this day the same issues prevail. Mould, dirt, bugs, stains. Campus Hub- you need to focus on providing a hygienic, safe accommodation. Thankfully for us residents the hospital is just next door!

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent visit to your shopping area.(Campus Hub) During my visit, I spent approximately 200 euros on clothing, including a Champion shirt and an Armani shirt. I also did grocery shopping at Welbee’s supermarket and later dined at Pizza Hut. Additionally, after spending a significant amount of money across your stores and restaurant, I was very disappointed to discover that the parking fee was not free. I believe customers who spend such amounts should be informed clearly about parking charges or be offered complimentary parking. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and consider improving both customer service and parking policies in the future. Thank you for your time and attention.

If you want to have good experiences in Malta, stay away from Campus Hub, especially if your minor child is traveling alone. The agency sold me one thing, but the reality is completely different. First, on the first day, the receptionist Jessica — who is known for her bad mood — treats you with disrespect. She has no patience to explain things, and even less with your difficulty understanding the language. On the first day, you already feel powerless. When you see the room and the kitchen, it’s disappointing. The kitchen is extremely dirty, and they don’t clean it regularly, even though it’s in the contract. You have to buy the sponge and dish soap for everyone on the floor, because they don’t provide anything. In the rooms, they only change the bed sheets and towels, but they don’t sweep or clean the floor. If you walk barefoot, your feet get dirty. My bathroom had a water leak that they never fixed, even after two complaints. And if something goes wrong, don’t waste your time complaining — they don’t solve anything. The campus manager, Mike, is never available to the students. I had a very unpleasant situation with the receptionist Jessica, where she humiliated me in front of many students from different countries. I asked many times to talk to the manager, and he never received me. The truth is that the campus is xenophobic, and they treat immigrants badly. I’ve seen many situations where the security guards shouted at minors, abusing their power and creating fear for no reason. In short, I paid a lot thinking I would have good accommodation and good treatment, but it was far from that. If you want a good experience, look for independent accommodations or apartments — but stay away from the campus.

I enquired about something at campus hub on Saturday 10th in the morning on my daughter's behalf. I don't drive and to check myself would require a1 HR bus drive. The operator was extremely understanding, professional and helpful. Kindness deserve a round of applause. Well done campus hub

A place for Malta university students to relax - have a meal, drink a coffee or just chat. Very nice student vibe! A reasonable variety of food outlets to cater to different tastes and cultures.
