About the Course

20 English lessons of 45 minutes per week based on the National Geographic Learning “Voices” syllabus, taught by qualified teachers with interactive whiteboards. Online placement test before arrival, final test, completion certificate with evaluation. The Active Language Learning method mixes lessons with real-life practice: beach games, cultural quizzes, creative projects, conversation clubs and team challenges. Ages 8–12 (Kids) and 13–17 (Teens) learn in separate age-appropriate groups.

What’s Included

Packages include tuition, accommodation with full board, airport transfers, the full activity and excursion programme, bedding and towels, and 24/7 support from Maltalingua. Extra after-school supervision for kids aged 8–12 available at €80 per week. Course-only option available for juniors staying with family.

Accommodation

Choice of full-board homestay or residence. The Bella Vista standard residence offers shared rooms with private bathroom, air conditioning and TV, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, rooftop terrace with jacuzzi, free Wi-Fi, XBOX, table tennis and films; a superior residence option is also available. Homestay includes full board, weekly bedding change and laundry on request. The residence is a 5-minute walk from the junior campus.

Meal Plan

Full board with three hot meals per day in the residence, or full board with the host family in homestay. A convenience store is next to the Bella Vista residence and the on-site kiosk is open for snacks.

Activities & Excursions

Full programme of excursions and daily activities included: beach games, sports, themed events, welcome dinner, junior parties, escape rooms, bowling, music nights, karaoke and movie nights. Teens (13–17) get one free afternoon, one free evening and a free Sunday each week within the supervised programme.

Modern, bright and air-conditioned junior campus in St Paul’s Bay with interactive whiteboards, free Wi-Fi and eco-friendly solar power. Main school in St Julians with swimming pool and rooftop terrace. Free access to sports facilities in the park adjacent to the residence.
