The rating is for the well maintained park at the center. The buildings are well separated and offers a nice view of Dubai Marina and sunset. You'll find some wild birds(ducks) here as well as crows. Perfect for jogging and walking around man made fond.

Dubai Internet City, typically a technology Park close to Dubai Metro (Internet City Station) and easy access to Sheikh Zayed road. This place hosts a lot of companies like Google, IBM, British Telecom, ARN, Philips, Software AG, Cerner and many more..! Plenty of eateries and coffee shops at every corner. Nearby is the Knowledge Park and Media city. Also, you can access the Dubai Tram from the other end of Internet City near to the Knowledge Park.

What I thought was an office building, turned out to be a co-working space that's free of charge and open to everyone during working hours. The reception desk sits at the end of a large space fitted with portions, chairs and tables, creating a stimulating but quiet environment to work. So if you're in the area, and looking for a quiet place to focus and get some work done, give it a try. The building also has loads of restaurants and coffeeshops around it, a designated smoking area outside, and nearby free parking as well.

Oxford Royale Academy

For over 20 years, Oxford Royale has set the benchmark for academic summer programmes, inspiring ambition and building confidence in students from around the world. Our philosophy is rooted in the belief that education shapes futures, and we strive to prepare students for success at university and beyond by offering them a 'taste of their future'. We offer a unique immersion into life at leading global universities, including Oxford, Cambridge, Yale, and others. Students live and study on historic campuses, providing an authentic experience. A key feature is exclusive events, such as private receptions at museums (e.g., the Ashmolean), debates, and talks by distinguished guest speakers (like Professor Brian Cox). Our community brings together over 50,000 alumni from 175 countries, fostering cross-cultural exchange and the creation of a global network. Our curriculum, designed and taught by expert practitioners, goes far beyond ordinary classroom learning. The focus is on interactive study through seminars, hands-on workshops in 'The Living Lab', and real-world problem-solving (e.g., building robots or participating in mock trials). This allows students to apply theory in practice, developing critical thinking and self-assurance. Each student receives personalised feedback and an achievement report.
