About the Course

This is not an academic course but a fun‑filled activity week. The approach focuses on experiential learning through games, team challenges, group missions, woodland expeditions, and leadership opportunities for older children. There are no formal lessons, grammar, or language levels. The emphasis is on building team skills, confidence, and friendships in a supportive, energetic environment.

What’s Included

The base price includes full board and accommodation, all games and activities, an exciting day trip, accompanied travel from 17 UK travel points, and round‑the‑clock supervision. Optional extras at additional cost: escort to/from an airport, and accommodation for children staying over between holidays.

Accommodation

Accommodation is in themed dormitories located in the main house – you might even find yourself sleeping in the Pirates’ Lair under a treasure map.

Meal Plan

Full board (three meals per day) is included as part of the package.

Activities & Excursions

Activities include indoor games, team challenges, group challenges, secret missions, woodland adventures and expeditions, games new to participants, parties, feasts, evening fun, a breakfast disco, stargazing, an alcohol‑free pub quiz, a week‑long game of ‘Assassins’, making masks for a masquerade ball, paper plane tournaments, room‑sized snakes and ladders, learning songs with guitar, helping a Ninja, and rucksack adventures. A day trip is also included. The focus is on fun, creativity, teamwork, and leadership for older campers.

On‑site facilities include playing fields, woods with climbable trees and a bog, fountains, a lake, an indoor heated swimming pool, a huge gym, a big hall used as a games room or theatre, and themed dormitories. Off‑site: an exciting day trip.

Camp Experience

The organisation has over half a century of experience in running unique games and activities. Staff are diligent and well‑trained, providing round‑the‑clock care and supervision. The atmosphere is playful and creative with a focus on making each week entirely unique. Older children are given leadership roles.

There are no academic lessons. Instead, children take part in dozens of indoor and outdoor games, group challenges, secret missions, woodland expeditions, and creative projects. Every Superweek is unique; past activities include making masks for a masquerade ball, stargazing, a breakfast disco, an alcohol‑free pub quiz, a week‑long game of ‘Assassins’, turning the centre into Narnia, paper plane tournaments, room‑sized snakes and ladders, learning songs with guitar, helping a Ninja, and rucksack adventures. The focus is on play, teamwork, and trying new things without fear of criticism. The programme runs from morning to evening, with round‑the‑clock supervision from well‑trained staff. A day trip is included (e.g., castle with archery, steam train, zoo, theme park, ice skating, museum, laser quest, or expedition with maps and compasses). Evenings feature parties, feasts, campfires with marshmallows, and stargazing.

The course focuses on fun, friendship, confidence‑building, and leadership through creative play and outdoor adventure.
