Young Explorers Club Summer Camps — Les Diablerets

Les Diablerets, Switzerland

Adventure CampsSport Camps

Young Explorers Club runs small, genuinely adventurous summer camps from its base in Les Diablerets, a mountain village in the Vaud Alps. Days are built around real outdoor sport — climbing, mountain biking, survival skills, alpine hikes — in a bilingual English/French environment with an international mix (about a quarter Swiss, the rest from Europe and worldwide), so children practise languages while they explore. Key facts: Ages 8–18 across programmes. Residential camps in Les Diablerets: Junior Camps (8–13) with five themes to choose from — Adrenaline, Mountain Biking, Football, Climbing, Survival — and the Teenager Adventure & Leadership Camp (14–18). Travelling camps for teens: Tour du Mont Blanc (13–18), Cycling through the Alps (13–18), Water Sports Camp in Spain (13–18, flights Geneva–Gibraltar included) and Horse Riding Travel Camp (12–18). Season 2026: weekly Sunday-to-Saturday sessions, 28 June – 22 August (several sessions already FULL — the catalogue lists remaining dates). Prices (international participants, per week, all-inclusive with no hidden costs — food, airport transfers, equipment, activities, staff, accommodation): Junior and Teen residential from CHF 1'380; Tour du Mont Blanc from CHF 1'900; Cycling from CHF 1'630; Water Sports Spain from CHF 1'380; Horse Riding from CHF 1'390. Swiss residents pay reduced rates (from CHF 1'080). Optional language classes (EN/FR/DE) from CHF 260/week; extra activities such as paragliding and dog sledding available — price on enquiry. Consecutive sessions can be combined. Best for: active, outdoorsy kids and teens who want real adventure sport in small international groups rather than a classroom-centred camp — with transparent all-in pricing. Parents should check: current availability (sessions marked FULL sell out), final prices for the chosen programme and residency category, accommodation details, insurance requirements, flight arrangements for the Spain camp, equipment lists and visa requirements. Information checked against official provider sources on 11 July 2026. Dates, prices and availability may change and should be confirmed directly with the camp provider.
