The programme offers 15 hours of English lessons per week, delivered in classes with a maximum size of 20 students to ensure individual attention and active participation. The programme is all-inclusive and covers English language teaching (15 hours per week), course materials, registration fees, a graduation certificate, accommodation in modern en-suite rooms, all meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), and all activities and excursions as per the programme. Students stay in modern accommodation on the Royal Holloway campus, with rooms offering en-suite facilities. The accommodation blocks are located very conveniently for access to the canteen and are typically configured in flats of six to eight bedrooms sharing a kitchen space. Kitchens and social spaces in every block are furnished to a high standard, providing students with comfortable areas to relax and socialise with peers from around the world. Wi-Fi internet access is available in all rooms. The residential setting allows students to fully immerse themselves in campus life and build lasting friendships in a secure environment.

Full board is provided, with three meals per day – breakfast, lunch, and dinner – included in the programme. Meals are served in the campus dining facilities, with the accommodation blocks conveniently located for access to the canteen. A full and varied activity programme is included, designed to make the most of the campus location and proximity to London and other major UK destinations. Students participate in on-campus activities including discos, karaoke, sports, and social events. Five full-day excursions are offered, including trips to London with walking tours, boat cruises, museum visits, and shopping, as well as excursions to Brighton and Oxford. Two half-day excursions to Egham and a half-day optional trip to Windsor or Richmond are also available. Evening social events such as discos, karaoke nights, and team competitions provide additional opportunities for cultural immersion and fun.

The sports hall is used as part of the activity programme for sports including badminton, basketball, and table tennis, and must be supervised by an Activity Leader.
