20 General English lessons (16.7 hours) per week in the mornings, max 15 per class, up to 5 levels from beginner to advanced with a placement test on the first morning. Lessons follow a weekly theme (Food, Global Culture, Science…) ending in a student project, workbook portfolio and graduation certificate with full report. Free English Plus options: Exam Skills, Performing Arts, University Studies Taster (5 hours/week in the afternoons). Day-only option available without accommodation.

Alojamiento

Residential students stay in Mary Ward House, a boarding house 15 minutes' walk from the teaching site at St Mary's School: single, twin and shared rooms (2–4 beds) with shared bathrooms (ratio 1:5). Caring staff live on site; students are supervised 24/7 with regular roll calls. A refundable £80 deposit is collected in cash on arrival.

At least 1 full-day and 3 half-day excursions per week (London, Norwich, Stratford-upon-Avon, Botanic Garden, King's College tours, punting), plus a full afternoon and evening social programme: sports, bowling, cinema, discos, capture the flag, pizza parties and a weekly talent show or graduation ceremony.

St Mary's School offers a traditional boarding-school campus walking distance from Cambridge city centre: netball courts and indoor sports hall on-site, plus off-site athletics field, cricket nets, AstroTurf pitches for hockey, rugby and football, netball and tennis courts. Interactive whiteboards and Wi-Fi on site.

St Giles International is a family-owned group of English language schools founded in 1955, with over 70 years of experience, year-round adult centres in Brighton, Cambridge, Eastbourne, London Central, London Highgate and Vancouver, and dedicated Junior Summer Centres (ages 8–17) at boarding school and university campuses in Cambridge (St Mary's School), Canterbury (The King's School) and London (UCL), plus a one-week London Explorer Week and Family Courses (ages 5–15) in Brighton, Cambridge and London. Junior packages are all-inclusive: 20 lessons per week, full board, residential accommodation, excursions, activities, travel and medical insurance and 24-hour supervision. Accredited by the British Council, member of English UK and ALTO. U16 year-round study (28 lessons/week with homestay) is available at adult centres for mature 14–15 year olds.
