These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CampsBooking website and services.
By accessing or using the CampsBooking platform (the “Platform”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
If you are accessing or using the Platform on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
For the purposes of these Terms:
- “Platform” means the CampsBooking website and related services.
- “CampsBooking” means Taisana Technologies FZE LLC, operating CampsBooking, a Free Zone Establishment incorporated in Ajman Media City Free Zone, United Arab Emirates.
- “User” means any person accessing or using the Platform.
- “Parent” or “Guardian” means a person making a booking for a minor participant.
- “Camp Provider” means an independent organization or company offering camps listed on the Platform.
- “Booking” means a reservation of a camp program made through the Platform.
Sobre CampsBooking
CampsBooking operates an online marketplace that connects parents and guardians with independent camp providers offering educational, language, sports, and recreational camps.
CampsBooking acts solely as an intermediary platform facilitating the discovery and booking of camps.
CampsBooking is not the organizer, operator, or provider of the camps listed on the Platform.
All camps are organized and operated by independent third-party Camp Providers.
CampsBooking may collect, store, and process personal data of Users in connection with the operation of the Platform.
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
Users are required to review these documents to understand how their personal data is collected, used, stored, and protected.

CampsBooking does not conduct background checks or verify the legal status, licensing, safety standards, or regulatory compliance of Camp Providers unless explicitly stated on the Platform.
For the avoidance of doubt, CampsBooking operates solely as a technology platform. CampsBooking does not provide or arrange travel, accommodation, childcare, educational, or recreational services. All such services are provided exclusively by independent Camp Providers.
CampsBooking does not own, operate, manage, supervise, or control any camps listed on the Platform.
Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as creating any partnership, joint venture, agency, employment, or franchise relationship between CampsBooking and any Camp Provider.
Relación entre usuario y proveedor
When a Booking is made, a direct contractual relationship is formed between the Parent or Guardian and the Camp Provider.
CampsBooking is not a party to that agreement and does not control or manage the services provided by Camp Providers.
Camp Providers are solely responsible for:
- delivering the camp program
- supervising participants
- ensuring safety
- providing accommodation and activities
- complying with local laws and regulations
Camp Providers are solely responsible for the calculation, reporting, and payment of any taxes, duties, or government fees associated with the services they offer through the Platform.
Uso de la plataforma y cuentas
Users agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
Users shall not:
- (a) post false, misleading, or defamatory content or reviews;
- (b) use automated systems such as bots, crawlers, or scraping tools to access the Platform;
- (c) upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful software;
- (d) use the Platform in a manner that could cause reputational harm to CampsBooking or other Users.
CampsBooking reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The Platform is intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years of age.
By using the Platform, Users represent and warrant that they are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
Certain features of the Platform may require Users to create an account.
Users agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities conducted under their account.
CampsBooking reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if any information provided is inaccurate, misleading, or violates these Terms.
CampsBooking reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate access to the Platform, remove content, or cancel accounts if Users violate these Terms, applicable laws, or the rights of third parties.
Reservas
The Platform allows Parents or Guardians to discover and book camps offered by independent Camp Providers.
When a Booking is made, the Parent or Guardian enters into a direct agreement with the Camp Provider.
CampsBooking is not responsible for the performance, availability, safety, or delivery of the camp services.
Camp Providers are solely responsible for:
- the operation of the camp program
- supervision of participants
- accommodation and facilities
- program schedules and activities
- compliance with applicable laws and regulations
CampsBooking does not independently verify all representations made by Camp Providers.
CampsBooking does not conduct background checks or verify the legal status, licensing, insurance coverage, safety standards, or regulatory compliance of Camp Providers unless explicitly stated on the Platform.
Users are responsible for independently evaluating the suitability of any Camp Provider before making a Booking.
Pagos y prevención de evasión
Payments for certain Bookings may be processed through the Platform using third-party payment service providers.
By making a payment through the Platform, Users acknowledge and agree that payment processing services are provided by independent third-party payment providers.
CampsBooking does not store complete payment card information.
Depending on the transaction structure, payments may be:
- transferred directly to Camp Providers, or
- collected by CampsBooking and transferred to Camp Providers after deduction of applicable service fees.
CampsBooking may charge service fees or commissions for facilitating bookings through the Platform.
Payment processing services used by the Platform are provided by third-party payment providers that comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).
CampsBooking is not responsible for any transactions, payments, agreements, or communications conducted outside the Platform between Users and Camp Providers.
Users acknowledge that conducting transactions outside the Platform may increase the risk of fraud and may result in the loss of certain protections provided by the Platform.
In the event of payment disputes, chargebacks, or payment reversals initiated by Users, CampsBooking reserves the right to cooperate with payment providers and Camp Providers to investigate and resolve such disputes.
Camp Providers acknowledge that they may be held liable for chargebacks, reversals, or other payment disputes related to the services they provide, in accordance with applicable payment scheme rules and their agreements with payment providers.
Users and Camp Providers agree not to circumvent the Platform by conducting bookings, payments, or transactions outside the Platform with parties first introduced through CampsBooking.
For a period of twenty-four (24) months following the initial introduction between a User and a Camp Provider through the Platform, all bookings related to that introduction must be conducted through the Platform unless otherwise expressly authorized by CampsBooking.
Any attempt to bypass the Platform in order to avoid applicable service fees may result in:
- suspension or termination of accounts
- removal of listings
- recovery of lost service fees and administrative costs
- legal action where applicable
Contact information exchanged through the Platform may be monitored or restricted for the purpose of preventing circumvention of the Platform.
Cancelaciones y reseñas
Cancellation and refund terms are determined by the individual Camp Providers.
Each camp listing may include specific cancellation policies that apply to the Booking.
CampsBooking is not responsible for determining refund eligibility.
Refunds may be issued by the Camp Provider in accordance with their cancellation policy.
Where payments are processed through the Platform, CampsBooking may assist in facilitating refunds but is not responsible for refund decisions made by Camp Providers.
Users may submit reviews, ratings, comments, photos, or other content on the Platform.
By submitting content, Users grant CampsBooking a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute such content for the operation and promotion of the Platform.
Users agree not to post content that:
- is defamatory or misleading
- infringes intellectual property rights
- contains unlawful or offensive material
CampsBooking reserves the right to remove or moderate user content at its sole discretion.
Responsabilidad e indemnización
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CampsBooking shall not be liable for:
- injuries or accidents occurring during participation in a camp
- losses or damages resulting from camp services
- program changes or cancellations
- travel disruptions
- accommodation issues
- actions or omissions of Camp Providers
The services on the Platform are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
CampsBooking makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, safety, or quality of camps listed on the Platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CampsBooking’s total liability arising from or related to any claim shall not exceed the total service fees received by CampsBooking in connection with the Booking giving rise to such claim.
In no event shall CampsBooking be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, data, or business opportunities.
Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CampsBooking, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:
- use of the Platform
- participation in any camp program
- violation of these Terms
- disputes between Users and Camp Providers
Resolución de disputas
In the event of any dispute arising between Users and Camp Providers regarding a camp program, Users agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute directly with the Camp Provider.
CampsBooking may, at its discretion, assist in facilitating communication between the parties but is not responsible for mediating or resolving disputes between Users and Camp Providers.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court.
The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with internationally recognized arbitration rules.
The place of arbitration shall be Dubai, United Arab Emirates, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
This arbitration provision does not prevent Users from seeking relief in small claims courts where permitted.
Users agree that any claims against CampsBooking must be brought in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
Users waive any right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or other representative legal proceedings against CampsBooking.
The Platform is accessible to Users worldwide.
Users are responsible for complying with the laws and regulations applicable in their country of residence when using the Platform or participating in camp programs.
Certain services or payment options may not be available in all jurisdictions.
Propiedad intelectual, seguridad y gobernanza
All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, designs, and software, is the property of CampsBooking or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written permission from CampsBooking.
CampsBooking shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- natural disasters
- government actions
- travel restrictions
- pandemics
- labor disputes
- failures of telecommunications networks
CampsBooking reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time.
If material changes are made, CampsBooking will provide notice on the Platform.
Continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws in the User’s jurisdiction.
These Terms are provided in English.
If these Terms are translated into other languages, the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency.

CampsBooking provides an online platform that connects Parents and Guardians with independent Camp Providers.
CampsBooking does not supervise, control, or manage camp activities or participants.
All supervision, care, and safety measures related to camp programs are the sole responsibility of the Camp Providers.
Parents and Guardians are responsible for evaluating the suitability, safety standards, and supervision arrangements of any camp before making a Booking.
Participation in any camp program is undertaken at the sole risk of the Parent, Guardian, and participant.
CampsBooking promotes compliance with international child welfare standards but does not verify or certify that Camp Providers comply with such standards unless explicitly stated.
Camp Providers may offer different levels of medical support, supervision, and emergency response procedures.
CampsBooking does not provide medical services and does not verify the medical capabilities of Camp Providers.
Parents and Guardians are responsible for:
- disclosing any medical conditions or allergies of participants
- ensuring appropriate medical insurance coverage
- confirming that the Camp Provider is able to accommodate any special medical needs
CampsBooking shall not be liable for any medical incidents, injuries, or health-related issues arising during participation in a camp program.
By participating in any camp program listed on the Platform, Users acknowledge and accept all inherent risks associated with educational, outdoor, recreational, or sports activities, including but not limited to potential injury, illness, travel disruptions, or property loss.
CampsBooking has no control over such activities and assumes no responsibility for risks associated with participation in camp programs.
Participation in certain camps may require international travel.
Parents and Guardians are solely responsible for ensuring that participants have:
- valid passports
- necessary visas
- required travel documents
- appropriate travel insurance
CampsBooking is not responsible for travel arrangements, immigration requirements, border restrictions, or changes in international travel regulations.
Failure to obtain necessary travel documentation does not constitute grounds for a refund unless otherwise stated by the Camp Provider's cancellation policy.
Camp Providers are responsible for maintaining appropriate insurance coverage for their programs, including but not limited to liability insurance, participant safety coverage, and any insurance required by applicable laws or regulations.
CampsBooking does not verify the existence, validity, or adequacy of such insurance policies.
Parents and Guardians are encouraged to verify insurance coverage directly with the Camp Provider prior to making a Booking.
CampsBooking strives to ensure that the Platform operates continuously and securely.
However, the Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
CampsBooking does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.
CampsBooking reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to the Platform for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources.
Such links are provided for convenience only.
CampsBooking does not control or endorse third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
Users access third-party services at their own risk.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Users and CampsBooking regarding the use of the Platform.
They supersede any prior agreements, communications, or understandings relating to the subject matter of these Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Failure by CampsBooking to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or of the right to enforce it at a later time.
Provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, arbitration, governing law, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect after termination of these Terms.
