Pros: Large bedroom, decent kitchen and en-suite bathroom, very close to LSBU building. Cons: Rude and agressive security guards at night. They do not allow overnight visitors unless you submit a guest permit request 48 hours before which is absolutely ridiculous for a university accommodation. Never heard of this rule at any other university before. If you do have an overnight guest for even one night, they will not allow another one for 7 days following. If you want to have anything close to a normal university life and not feel like you’re a child living in a boarding school, don’t choose this accom. Also quite expensive considering all of these things.

literally the worst place I’ve ever lived, finally moved out but it was horrific. Lived here for two years and it didn’t get any better, the rooms go up in price every year, they’re so tiny. The staff are so beyond rude, they have no training in special needs, they have a well-being centre who just tell you to breathe when you’re anxious. The security are awful, a random guy broke into peoples rooms when I was staying there. The guest rule is so strict for no reason and the manager Denise is horrible. The fire alarms woke me up every single second and the wash room was disgusting. Please don’t waste your money and go somewhere else so you can actually enjoy your time at uni!!

The rooms are a little bit small and vary in sizes. The kitchen is great and prepared with the required staff and tools. There is wifi connection.

living here has been the worst experience of my life. i’m writing this at 3am because i have been woken up and evacuated for the 3rd night in a row of fire alarms at 2-4am. we’ve been given no explanation as to why they have been happening. fire alarms are a big issue here and happen way too often, they are also tested once a week which is very annoying. at times i have had no privacy as staff are always coming into my room and kitchen unannounced. some of the staff and security are extremely rude (especially security). the rules on bringing guests are very extreme and make it nearly impossible to have a social life. there are constant maintenance issues and the location is awful with how busy it is. i am constantly woken up by the sounds of sirens outside and people. the area itself is generally not very safe. the rooms get extremely hot even with the windows open (which hardly open). there is really not many good things i can say about this place other than the only good thing you may get is good flatmates. i would not recommend living here at all and i regret even choosing this uni completely mainly because of what it is like living here. do not choose to live here.

Superficially good, an excellent location but many rooms in need of care. Showers don't drain flooding the wet room and occasionally downstairs, Windows don't shut correctly and create havoc with the heating and allow all the traffic noises and sirens in.
